Sales Manager — Lightning Protection & Grounding

Responsibilities:
1. Develop the market and sell grounding materials;
2. Maintain existing customer relationships and identify new demand;
3. Track project progress and meet sales targets.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, marketing or materials-related major;
2. 1+ year of sales experience in grounding or power materials;
3. Strong communication and business-development skills.

Precious Metals Business Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Purchase raw materials, sell products and develop customers;
2. Track precious-metal price movements and support the business;
3. Coordinate recovery and processing operations.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; chemistry or metallurgy background preferred;
2. Familiar with the precious-metal trade; relevant experience preferred;
3. Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills.

International Trade Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company's import & export business;
2. Handle orders, customs declaration and documentation;
3. Maintain overseas customer relationships and follow up order execution.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, business English or related;
2. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. Familiar with import/export procedures; relevant experience preferred.

Radiation-Shielding Engineer (Medical)

Responsibilities:
1. Design and construct lead-shielding works for radiology, interventional and CT rooms;
2. Calculate lead equivalence from equipment parameters and prepare BOMs;
3. Provide on-site technical briefings, schedule coordination and acceptance support.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in construction, radiation protection or medical physics;
2. 2+ years of shielding construction or design experience;
3. Able to travel for short assignments within Shandong.
